Yes, we are a beachfront property directly located at Calicut Beach. You can enjoy sea views right from the villa.

Absolutely. You get the entire 2BHK villa for yourself, ensuring complete privacy for you and your family.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly property! We welcome your furry friends. The pet-friendly package is ₹15,000 per day (which includes the base rent and a ₹5,000 pet stay fee). The villa has an enclosed compound safe for pets.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, induction cooker, mixer grinder, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. You are free to cook your own meals. We also provide RO filtered drinking water.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 Noon the following day. We request guests to adhere to these timings to allow us to prepare the villa for the next stay.

Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access for all our guests.
